Police Blotter: Stalking, battery and grand theft

Tuesday, April 23

  • Lodging without owner’s consent between 7:38 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. was reported at 353 Jane Stanford Way (Gates Building). An arrest was made for disorderly conduct.
  • Petty theft of a bicycle between 11 p.m. on April 22 and 8:30 a.m. was reported at 562 Mayfield Avenue (Robert Moore North). 
  • The use of a controlled substance between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on April 5 was reported at 380 Roth Way (Keck Science Building). 
  • Petty theft between 12 p.m. on Feb. 2 and 9:29 a.m. was reported at 559 Nathan Abbott Way (Law School).
  • Theft by taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent at 1:30 a.m. was reported at Santa Teresa Street (Campus Avenue).

Wednesday, April 24

  • Stalking between 3:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. on April 19 was reported at 100 Campus Drive (Hundred Block). 
  • Petty theft of a bicycle between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on April 5 was reported at 476 Lomita Mall (McCullough Block). 
  • Lodging without owner’s consent between 8:20 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. at 518 Memorial Way (Lathrop Library). An arrest was made for disorderly conduct.
  • Petty theft of an electric bicycle between 9:30 p.m. on April 23 and 8:45 a.m. on April 24 was reported at 236 Santa Teresa Street (Adams House).
  • Grand theft of an electric bicycle between 6:30 p.m. on April 23 and 8 a.m. on April 24 was reported at 374 Santa Teresa Street (Roble Hall – Wing C). 
  • Trespassing and refusal to leave property between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. was reported at 473 Via Ortega (Environment & Energy Building). An arrest was made.
  • Grand theft of an electric scooter between 8:30 p.m. on April 23 and 9:15 a.m. on April 24 was reported at 236 Santa Teresa Street (Adams House). 
  • Petty theft of an electric bicycle on 8:30 p.m. on April 23 and 9 a.m. on April 24 was reported at 574 Governors Avenue (Governor’s Corner – Yost House)
  • A hit-and-run collision resulting in property damage, including vehicles, between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. was reported at 285 Panama Street (Via Ortega Garage).
  • Grand theft of an electric bicycle between 8:55 a.m. and 6:50 p.m. was reported at 353 Jane Stanford Way (Gates Building).

Thursday, April 25

  • Stalking at 8:15 p.m. on April 12 was reported at 500 Nathan Abbott Way (Hundred Block). 
  • Petty theft from a building between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. on April 24 was reported at 285 Santa Teresa Street (Arrillaga Outdoor Education and Recreation Center). 
  • Petty theft of a bicycle between 11:30 p.m. on April 21 and 1 p.m. on April 22 was reported at 655 Escondido Road (Branner Hall).

Friday, April 26

  • A warrant for arrest for a felony at 9 a.m. was reported at 560 Oak Road. 
  • Vandalism of less than $400 was reported at 397 Panama Mall (Mitchell Earth Sciences). 
  • Grand theft of a bicycle between 2:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. was reported at 643 Nelson Road (Sunken Baseball Diamond). 
  • First-degree burglary and breaking in and entering a student residence between 12:01 on March 1 and 11:59 on March 14 was reported at 326 Santa Teresa Street (Lagunita – Eucalipto).
  • First-degree burglary and breaking in and entering a student residence between 12:01 on April 1 and 11:59 on April 10 was reported at 326 Santa Teresa Street (Lagunita – Eucalipto).
  • A case of peeking into a bedroom or private spaces on March 12 was reported at 326 Santa Teresa Street (Lagunita – Eucalipto). 

Saturday, April 27

  • Theft by use of access to credit card information between 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on April 26 was reported at 1700 Stanford (Hundred Block). 

Sunday, April 28

  • Vandalism of less than $400 was reported at 11:45 p.m. on April 27 at Lausen Mall Street. 

Monday, April 29

  • Robbery at 5:01 a.m. was reported at 450 Serra Mall. 
  • An arrest was made for a warrant misdemeanor at 8:31 a.m. at Lomita Drive.
  • Battery on a person through touching intimately against will for sexual arousal between March 26, 2022 and May 6, 2022 was reported at 300 Santa Teresa Street (Hundred Block).
  • Indecent exposure between 8:30 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. was reported at 520 Lasuen Mall Street (Old Union).
