Police Blotter: Rape, stalking and assault

Monday, April 15

  • Petty theft of an electric scooter between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. was reported at 473 Via Ortega (Y2E2).
  • First degree burglary and breaking and entering between 6 p.m. on April 12 and 10:30 a.m. on April 15 was reported at 1036 Vernier Place.
  • Rape where the victim was incapable of giving consent at 3 a.m. on April 13 was reported at 400 Mayfield Avenue (Hundred Block).

Tuesday, April 16

  • Petty theft of a bicycle between 10:30 p.m. on April 15 and 8 a.m. on April 16 was reported at 218 Ayrshire Farm Ln (Rains Apts).
  • Second degree burglary from a motor vehicle on April 16 was reported at 736 Serra St (EVGR Building D).
  • Battery on a person between 1 a.m. and 1:05 a.m. was reported at 658 Escondido Rd (Wilbur Hall). This case is open.

Wednesday, April 17

  • Trespassing between 9:32 a.m. and 11 a.m. was reported at 350 Jane Stanford Way (Packard Building).
  • Second degree burglary from a motor vehicle between 3 p.m. on April 7 and 7:15 a.m. on April 17 was reported at 87 Hulme Court (Hulme Highrise).

Thursday, April 18

  • Petty theft of an electric scooter between 3 p.m. on April 14 and 8:10 a.m. on April 18 was reported at 473 Via Ortega (Y2E2).
  • Vandalism costing $400 or more between 12:01 a.m. and 6:50 a.m. was reported at 664 Lomita Ct (Kappa Kappa Gamma).
  • Petty theft from a building between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. on April 17 was reported at 365 Galvez Street (Ford Center).
  • Assault to commit rape between 1 a.m. on Sept. 3, 2023 and 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2023 was reported at 450 Jane Stanford Way.

Friday, April 19

  • Disorderly conduct at 10:04 a.m. was reported at 514 Lasuen Mall (Nitery). 
  • Grand theft of money, labor or property between 12:01 a.m. on Jan. 1 and 12:59 p.m. on Feb. 12 was reported at 241 Panama Street (Pine Hall).
  • Second degree burglary from a motor vehicle between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. was reported at 270 Galvez Street (Galvez Parking Lot).
  • Stalking and disorderly conduct with intent to annoy or harass with repeated calls or contact was reported between 10 a.m. on Feb. 8 and 6:30 p.m. on April 19 was reported at 450 Jane Stanford Way.

Saturday, April 20

  • Disorderly conduct under the influence of drugs between 1:40 a.m. and 1:50 a.m. was reported at 560 Wilbur Way (Wilbur Field Garage).
  • Petty theft of an electric scooter between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. was reported at 496 Lomita Mall (Durand Building).
  • Disorderly conduct was reported at 9:11 p.m. at 680 Jane Stanford Way (Schwab Vidalakis).

Sunday, April 21

  • Grand theft of money, labor or property on April 21 was reported at 658 Escondido Rd (Wilbur Hall — Cedro).

Monday, April 22

  • Petty theft of a bicycle on April 22 was reported at an unknown location.
  • Petty theft of a bicycle between 1 a.m. on April 19 and 9:30 a.m. on April 22 was reported at 618 Escondido Rd (Stern Hall — Twain East).
  • Vandalism costing less than $400 on April 22 was reported at an unknown time and location.
